House Democrats on Saturday released a transcript of closed-door testimony from career foreign service officer and Vice President Pence staffer Jennifer Williams.
Williams was among the officials on the July 25 call between President Trump and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky. She is also one of the only witnesses who has testified that has firsthand knowledge of the exchange.
During the famed July 25 call, the president asked his foreign counterpart for a favor: He wanted Kyiv to open anti-corruption investigations into former Vice President Joe Biden and his son Hunter Biden, who was employed by Burisma in the Obama era.
This is one of the many rounds of private testimony that has been released by the House recently. Public hearings in front of the House Intelligence Committee are expected to resume next week.

Actually, audio of the testimony released a month ago has precisely that President Zelensky indeed was the first to bring it up after POTUS asked him to please greet and listen to AG Barr and Counsel Giuliani.
When Zelensky mentioned the Bidens, POTUS affirmed that many in America were talking about it and that it would be good to look into it.
Trump was doing his job.
Yes, the Hill chased out John Solomon and has gone back into the Beltway mindset.
Actually Solomon stepped out because of death threats. He was too effective at countering the state media narrative.
But The Hill has always had their “DC is our world and no one else’s” attitude and their editors make their viewpoints reflect the NeverTrumper sentiment that pervades the Swamp.

I'd like to know when Lindsey Graham is going to get his butt in gear and start his hearings into Eric Ciaramella, the Biden's, Burisma, etc. Congress will be on recess Thanksgiving week, then again starting December 14th, and will be out until after the New Year. I highly doubt he will be doing anything until 2020. I certainly hope the reports that Horowitz and Durham are preparing will be out before Christmas recess. It would make a nice Christmas present for us Conservatives.

Nonsense. Read the transcript. The favor dealt with the 2016 interference NOT Biden. That was about 800 words later in the conversation. Trump never mentioned Berisma.
Hannity was trying to suck up to Graham was I could tell his heart wasn’t in it.

My guess is that Lindas boyfriend McCain was a key player in the coup as are many “republicans”. I am sure they want this all to just go away and get back to grifting as usual.
Of course, you’re right. And if McCain was a key player — which he was — there’s about a 75% chance Miss Lindsey was just as involved.
McCain and Linda were ALWAYS together and always agreed on everything. And Linda was quite the Never Trumper. I think he has been sucking up to President Trump in hopes he would not go to prison with the rest of them.

I can’t take the “impeachment” seriously. It is Kabuki theater. There is no crime, no abuse of power there. There is nothing to impeach over. This is the biggest sad joke the Democrats have ever come up with. I just laugh at this silly thing.
When we win back the House in 2020, Trump can govern again with both Houses of Congress and there will be NO EXCUSE not to fill his agenda.
Perjury is the INTENTIONAL use of false statements under oath. You get charged with perjury when you are caught lying. It is normal operating procedure to amend testimony and depositions as people recall information after the fact. There is a difference between lying and simply failing to recall something in the heat of the moment that you later correct as your memory comes back regarding something. It happens all the time. Not everybody has a photographic memory.
But they tell us she was ON THE CALL & her testimony on page 16 says she doesn't know or remember that request every happening. YET they continuing to run with the narrative Trump asked for an investigation--WHY? Are they a free press or a partisan propaganda machine?
Negative thinkers are always right........... or pleasantly surprised.
I take it very seriously. It is an attempted coup and the RINOs in the Senate are doing nothing to expose the nonsense.
