And he needs to be investigated for being an adviser to Ukrainian politicians while serving on the NSC. That should be a courtmartial offense.

My thought exactly. They put a foreign gun rights activist without any ties to any government agency to prison for failure to register but a member of US military posted to the WH and working for the foreign government at the same time gets the pass. Is it a banana republic?

My Marine Scout Sniper nephew says an “IED” attack could be the vehicle he was driving in was struck. He sneers at the thought. While in Afghanistan he was blown 15 feet in air while on foot patrol by an IED that killed another Marine. He and other Marines were legitimately injured and sought NO Purple Hearts. “A Marine died. We were banged up, bleeding, and bruised. No one received or wanted a PH.”
I just have a gnawing suspicion this dude would have sought a PH if he got a sunburn in Iraq.
Vindman should at least be decommissioned.

I am reading his testimony, I am about 1/3 of the way through it. Most believe that he should be tried by Courts Martial, but I can’t find any evidence to support any charges. He received a Supenoa from committee. Both of his immediate superiors, Fiona Hill and Mark Morrison also appeared. They were State Department types. I don’t know who was the convening authority, but it sounds like both of them gave him permission to appear. Can’t court martial him for doing what they wanted he him to do.
My read of his testimony suggests that he was all in with the conspiracy to undermine the President and was supporting Hill, Morrison, and Yavonovich. But I don’t think that real evidence of that crime has been presented yet. He was
protecting the Bidens, the Obama holdovers and the State Dept deep state. He needs to go away and should be forced to retire.
