He’s a Congressman (from Ohio) and sounds like he’s just going to run for another term. He raised $1.3M in the Presidential campaign, spent over $1.1M - so he has a bit more than $100k left over (end of 3rd quarter) - so far as I know he can put that in his Congressional campaign.
