“there are actually only three firearms each man must have in order to fully identify and function as a man. “
Yet, another nerd thinking he defines what men are.
For me, Mossberg pump.
Browning Hi-Power
Remington Nylon 66.

Great article, as usual when Mike writes something.
Got it covered.
And as for the psychotic liberal, you should call the police and have him swatted and Red Flagged as a potential danger to other people and to himself.
Fair’s fair, after all....
The fit may be fine but Ill bet the steel is crap. See how long it holds an edge.
L
2)Hi-Point in .40 S&W
3)A pair of old .22 single action cowboy wheelguns in .22 LR and .22 mag
I also have an AR-15 with all the trimmings and three extra 30 round mags, a Taurus Model 738 TCP in .380 ACP, a Mossberg 500 20 ga. pump (this one was a gimme that has a 'history' behind it, which I don't wanna know about), a Pietta 1851 Navy Yank Civilian (the Wild Bill Hickok version - love that gun) in .36, and last but not least, the old Mosin-Nagant flamethrower with complete tool/accessory field kit, including the bayonet, canvas sling, ammo pouches, and a fistful of stripper clips ('31 Tula, hex barrel, all serials match). Oh, and my old Daisy BB rifle that my late Dad got me as a kid one Christmas. It's still in his closet in Mom's bedroom back home. LOL
Lookit, ya gotta get what you can get when you can get it. I don't need no steenkin' man card. No shame on this end.
Im going to sell my collection next month due to getting older and medical stuff. And I’m trying to decide what to keep out of 40 rally nice firearms, and what is most special to me. What I came up with are my carry sidearm glock17, Ruger 22lr single 10 (stainless steel), Mossberg 500 riot 12gauge (pistol grip) and my WWII mil-spec Springfield 1911, and a Bushmaster AR with a fixed carry handle.
Anyone want reloading gear and brass, bullets, and powder :o)
Well, any gun in the hands of an inexperienced user could be a disaster waiting to happen. Thats why you get trained.
You go, girl.
Add a .357 Lever Action,
You are in Tall Cotton!
All you need
Is a Shovel
and Forty acres.
Ouch,
That’s gonna leave a
Mark.
Shotgun, yes. Skip the overrated Glock, go with Sig P320, which has better grip angle and easier to disassemble. A 10/22 is classic and great. I like my S&W AR15-22. Add to all of this a Sig P365 for easier concealment than a full size. And, since there is room in any house for a few more, maybe a higher caliber rifle. Me, I’ve got a .308. Also, heck, you need an AR15. I’ve got a Armalite Eagle Arms. What else? A few 22LR target pistols for cheap practice.
a really great guy.
Holsters look like they cost $400 at half that or less. Real quality.
I have one for every pistol/revolver I own.
It has the steel type imprinted on the blade. I looked it up.
It is a Chinese steel identical to an American steel widely used in knives. The only difference is the Chinese steel has slightly more carbon which apparently is a good thing.
It is described as an excellent steel for knives, hardened to Rockwell 56-58 which again is just about right. Not as good as some of the exotic steels used in really high end knives but still a good all around steel.
I do not like to buy Chinese but I will give them credit when it is due.
You are absolutely correct. Common sense does need to prevail.
You and I will disagree what that actually means.... For instance: Claiming that people are at risk for participating in an online discussion of completely legal firearm ownership isn’t “common sense” it’s ridiculous posturing.
What a stupid comment.
I have 1911s but also have Glocks.
Loved reading that, thanks for the post.
Please see my first post here #59. Nothing wrong with discussing firearms if you like, but I don’t find it wise to “give them a list to look for”. So many times in these threads folks share an itemized check list of everything they own.
