Fox News analyst Andrew Napolitano directly quoted the Constitution to say why it’s wrong for President Donald Trump to host the G-7 at a resort he owns, calling it a “direct and profound” violation.
“He has bought himself an enormous headache now with the choice of this. This is about as direct and profound a violation of the Emoluments Clause as one could create,” Napolitano told Neil Cavuto on Cavuto: Coast to Coast.

To me it seems that Trump is simply making a huge donation to the country, as this will be done entirely at cost. No profit.
One has to ask them-self some of these questions.
1. How much of this money would go into Trump’s pocket? In a year, he might see a little of it, but certainly not more than 5% of his yearly salary which he has refused to accept.
2. How much more will our government pay out? None
3. How much more will foreign dignitaries pay out? None
4. Would these guests receive better care in an establishment not run by Donald Trump’s (the host’s) organization. No
5. Does Trump know the facility and the staff well enough, to be able to ensure these people get the best experience possible? Yes
It’s important for the president of the United States to have meetings of importance only where he knows all the rooms had been swept of the CIA FBI NSA bug’s.

What if it shows that when all is said and done the government ended up get a heck of a deal on the use of the Doral Resort for the G7 meeting. What if after everything was added up the business broke even or lost money hosting the G7. What if the President wanted to host the event at what he thought was the best place .
