I learned about clipping coupons in high school. They were on bearer bonds, which meant whoever had physical possession of the bonds could collect the interest.

clipping coupons refers to when municipal bonds were unregistered and came with coupons to be sent in/deposited for interest payments. munis don’t pay that way any more - but a coupon clipper would refer to a person who was living on tax-free income.

First off, people clipped BOND coupons, typical bearer bonds that are state issued and tax free.
2nd, these haven’t been issued in decades and have all matured, what an idiot.

Joe really does have some form of dementia, and there’s no improving his condition at this point. It’s only going to progress. The reason they keep him in is because they know they will lose big with any of the others, because of all of the socialist policies coming out of their mouths. Your accusation is wrong on one point.
He's not "double crossing."
The entire RAT for potus lineup is very upfront about their treason. It's unbelievable. Every election cycle produces more RATs who are hiding their treason less and less.
