Advisers to former Vice President Joe Biden reportedly said they knew his 2018 comments on Ukraine would be problematic.
The 2020 Democratic presidential candidate spoke on corruption at a 2018 Council on Foreign Relations event in Washington, D.C., where he recounted a trip he made to Kyiv, Ukraine, in 2015, BuzzFeed reported.
Biden described telling former Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko that Ukraine’s prosecutor general must be fired or the U.S. would withhold $1 billion in loan guarantees — a story which three former Biden officials knew would be problematic, they told BuzzFeed on condition of anonymity.
“I looked at them and said, ‘I’m leaving in six hours,’” Biden reportedly told the crowd. “‘If the prosecutor is not fired, you’re not getting the money.’ Well, son of a bitch.”
“He got fired,” Biden added, amidst laughter from the audience. The three former officials said they instantly knew Biden’s comments would be problematic, BuzzFeed reported Saturday.
“It was classic Joe Biden,” one of the former officials said.

Joe is a Democrat, and every Democrat knows the major media has their back.

Biden’s advisors knew that Biden’s comments would be problematic. They don’t, however, see anything problematic about the behavior the comments were describing.
Biden Confessed to at least 3 FELONIES on TV and he is still walking around free.
Is there any reason that a Juror should believe anything the government says?
Did they stop to consider Biden’s child fondling problem?
They probably intentionally released this scandal so they could play it out in the primaries.
Where were the Republicans?
So far nobody in the primaries has touched it—messes up their Trump impeachment narrative.
Biden’s staff knew the Senate Republicans wouldn’t do anything about it...wouldn’t want bad press, ya know...
The media seem to be avoiding that question altogether for some reason or other. They seem to have settled on a brilliant defense: "Oh, well, that's just ol' Joe talking through his anus again, he didn't really mean it and nothing really happened." When the best you can do is call your own candidate a serial liar you've got a problem. The media have been ignoring that question hoping it will go away, but it won't when the subpoenas start flying, if Pelosi ever lets it come to that.
I thought it was found by our side recently.

Well then, he should have expected, and prepared for questions from the media.
I read a defense of it today. The story is Biden was sent to Ukraine to force them to fire this corrupt prosecutor so US could release funds. Yes, I agree, the story is both ridiculous and outrageous. But you watch, by tomorrow this will be the narrative.
