How many ocean going tugs do you think it would take to pull a 1600 square mile iceberg?
I think the wind and the ocean currents will push it wherever they want it to go.
Eventually it will melt to a manageable size then maybe you could do that.
Maybe some skilled demolition experts could break off some pieces that could be towed.

...how many tugs...to pull a 1600 square mile iceberg? About 2x what is needed to pull this one which is 750 sqm iceberg.
It would be easier and more useful to move Africans to the iceberg.
