I think it could be done but it would cost a lot.
If you were going to do it this is the way to go, in my opinion.
The problem would be that the farther North the berg gets the faster it will melt and you will end up have to reset the sails in the ice several times.
what do you propose to keep the burg from flipping over as most do many times before they melt?
