This is great. The less who watch Fox the better. Here's to them getting CNN'd in the near future.

Not only are they owned by people who hate us, but they have been ripping us off for years, making us watch their drug/sex/trash commercials on mediums we've already paid for.

Nonstory. Dish is dropping everything because Dish sucks.

I believe this applies only to Fox local channels. I have Dish and I still have Fox News.

I don't have Dish, DirecTV or any of it so couldn't really care if you think it sucks.

Just good to see less (and less, and less, and less) eyes on Fox.

Most of the shows I watch on network TV are on Fox. I also think Fox News is still much better than either of the other cable news channels (I don’t have access to OANN). Also, I watch Detroit Tigers on Fox Sports Detroit. Most of the Detroit Lions games are on Fox broadcast.

I have Comcast. I would never consider getting Dish or Sling.

We finally got dish out of our life when they billed $78 after quoting $29. There’s plenty of mind- rotting krap you can watch free without having to actually pay for it. Ha!

DISH had a contract dispute with the Fox regional sports channels about a month ago.
The regional channels were sold, and the new owner has not finalized any contracts.
My brother has DISH and has not been able to watch any Atlanta Braves games.
This is old news.

Weren’t the fox sports channels sold off to some third party as part of the Disney merger?

Affects Fox O&O’s and regional Fox Sports Net channels...the usual carriage contract dispute...Fox wants more $$ and Dish doesn’t agree.

Rearrange the letters in DISH and you have SHID.

“I also think Fox News is still much better than either of the other cable news channels “

Not saying much mi amigo. FNC is 70% gone now. 8-11:00 p.m.
and some morning time is about all we have left. I fear OAN may have topped out because I think word has gone out.

I find Fox News watchable weekdays: 4 am - noon; 1-2 pm, and 11 pm - 12 am. Sure they always have token liberal pukes on, but they don’t dominate at all.

Weekends: 6 - 10 am, and Levin and Steve Hilton, both on Sunday evenings. Everything else is crap.

Don’t use DISH, Com(munist)Cast or any other of those providers’ bulk packages. All streaming all the time.

I have Fox, but don’t watch any real-time television. I only stream shows and movies from Netflix, Amazon, or my own video server.

They claim there is a contract dispute and encourage the CUSTOMERS to contact Fox.

From a PR standpoint and pure ‘panic’ I can see that BUT didn’t ‘we’ hire DISH to take care of this sort of crap and with them’handling’ it the prices are supposedly lower than if each and everyone of us has to negotiate?

Since Fox carries the NFL I was wondering how many complaints were lodged YESTERDAY.

Wasn’t all that long ago that there would have been ‘mass rebellion’ and people taking to the streets with pitchforks and tar and feathers if ANYONE or ANYBODY messed with Sunday football.

Then again with the hoodlums and oversaturation of the product, interest has somewhat waned.
