Three people told police they were with Elliott at the time of the shooting and they said Mixon merely looked over at (Elliott) which in turn enraged (him) to fire his handgun at (Mixon), the Arizona Republic reported citing court documents. Those three people also told investigators Elliott had a bad temper, owned guns and sold drugs, Fox 10 Phoenix reported.

Absolutely! And if people would start doing that, they’d notice that lots of other people are already doing it. I never pull up directly across from someone else, but always slightly ahead or slightly behind them, if I can.
Nowadays when someone else pulls up directly across from me, “I’m like,” who is this yo-yo? Not that it justifies shooting someone, for Heaven’s sake - this shooter needs a quick appointment with the nearest rope and nearest tree, but I’m just saying, even a lot of good people don’t like their privacy being “violated” by having some goofy dude pull right up next to them and then proceed to stare at them for 90 seconds while the light is red.
Similar case was that of Michael Drejka in Clearwater, Florida. Guy with personal problems, carried a gun, had threatened people before over nothing, appoints himself guardian of handicap parking spaces, gets into it with a dude who parked in one without a placard or sticker, guy went back to his car, made some kind of move that Mr. Drejka claimed was threatening, so Drejka shot him in the chest. Guy died.
Sheriff originally called it a “stand your ground” case, but the States Attorney disagreed. Trial ended with a guilty verdict on August 23, 2019, 37 days ago. Drejka will be sentenced in 11 days. He faces a maximum sentence of 30 years.
But do you wear your sunglasses at night?
= = =
No.
At night they are called moonglasses.
Yup, very true. I met a few of them in my younger days.
“But do you wear your sunglasses at night?”
Elwood Blues: Its 106 miles to Chicago, weve got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, its dark and were wearing sunglasses.
Jake Blues: Hit it!
His best buds dropped him like a hot potato...
I pull up next to someone else with my left arm hanging out the window, gaze at them and rev the engine a little. ;)
My siblings would look at me too when I was a kid, but I just told Mom rather than shooting them .
I learned a lot from a former DEA agent that I did security work for many years ago. He always advocated leaving room around you when you were stopped. He said that you can always use your vehicle as a weapon if you have room. Crunching a perp between your vehicle and the one near you would work very well.
Guy need donations to buy a razor......
I wonder what kind of childhood he had.
He’s seething with anger.
Trayvon Martin tried to kill George Zimmerman for looking at him.
Anger and deep hate for something or everything.
Quit copying me!
Quit copying me!
Mom!
Mom!
I always drove this way when I was in Detroit. The number one traffic rule was always leave enough room to drive away easily.
I moved north to a rural area and now the number one traffic rule is always watch out and slow down for Mennonite/Amish horse and buggy traffic.
I'm serious.
“Dont ever pull up directly next to someone at a stoplight! Leave room in front of you to maneuver just in case, and always be armed!”
Blows my mind that some people are STUPID enough to not follow your advice.

You left out the part where the much bigger guy (the one who died) violently shoved Drejka to the ground. They BOTH screwed up big time that day.
