It appears the acting Director of National Intelligence (DNI) agrees with this assessment. His agencys general counsel wrote a letter stating the complaint did not meet the ICWPA definition because it involved conduct from someone outside the intel community and did not relate to intelligence activity, according to a report by Fox News. This is why the DNI refused to forward the complaint to congress.
Trump Whistleblower Saga Threatens to Blow Up 2020 Campaign This is more of the Russia Collusion playbook getting pure unadulterated coverage!
Perhaps most importantly, it reveals the Deep State continues its Extra-Constitutional efforts to undermine this president.
And. once again reminds us that the media is 100% complicit in this effort.
so what you are asking is that the fact that there is nothing there ever stop the left wing media from making up lies and publishing them as if they were proven facts.
We have to change how this works.
If the media publishes lies as facts and they are found to be totally they need to get hit with a one million dollar fine for each and every time they published those lies.
We should have freedom of speech but not freedom to lie day after day and story after story.
Execute the spy for treason???
Excellent piece by Jarrett and he’s 100% right.
Of course the DC concern trolls are all out worrying that this will undermine and discourage federal whistleblowing. They are confusing whistleblowing with sedition.
Have a feeling the complainer is in deep sh**.
Greg Jarrett is good. I suspect the media and the House are going to end up with egg all over their faces...again.
It’s from Brennan or Clapper. One of their buddies told them something.
Deep State (esp intel), MSM, and the democrat party represent the “axis” that is actively and continuously at war with the President and all of those who support him.
bttt
This is just a harassment ploy of the Democratic Crime syndicate.
I don’t see how Dem’s making an issue of this doesn’t backfire on Biden.
It’s not wrong for Trump to ask the UK to review the circumstances in which they fired a prosecutor.
It was wrong of Biden to use US Aid to demand that the Ukraine fire a prosecutor that was investigating a firm his son is tied to.
First there was supposedly a Russian spy working for the FBI who supposedly could corroborate much of the Steele Dossier. Convenient that... you can alledge all kinds of things if you never have to produce the spy to testify.
Now we have a “Whistleblower” who is probably also conveniently anonymous.
Not a Whistle-blower IMHO.
Just a sorry government employee afflicted with T.D.S. who broke her (his?) oath of office, the conditions of her employment, rules of confidentiality and violated the trust placed in her in a sad attempt to screw the President.
Explain to me how that is not sedition and a hanging offense!?
This “whistleblower” should legally not be allowed to disclose any details about a presidential conversationto anyone and should be put in jail for doing so.
What if this is a deep plot by anti-Biden Democrats to expose the bribery and other illegalities in Ukraine by his son and him to force him out of the race, at the same time smearing our President? Yes, a wild and erratic thought.
Guess the Intelligence Bureaucracy, oops I mean 'Intelligence Royal Court - oops I mean the Intelligence 'community' is smarting from being called 'Police State Goons'... Good for them - wanting to appear 'lawful' is a solid good first step.
