I seem to remember seeing something from the manufacturer recommended that the user position the bag up high at the shoulders while running away. I figured I’d use it as a “shield” while shooting back, but that’s just me. :-)
I’d throw it at the shooter and run screaming like a little girl so i wouldn’t be the ideal person to have with you in that situation :)
