To turn the VP plane around in mid-flight is highly unusual to say the least. By all accounts President Trump is safe and healthy. Beyond that I could not fathom what the reason would be, my best guess is with President Trump out of the country, either there has been a really serious imminent terrorist threat where they felt it best to have somebody in the Whitehouse in case the need arose for spit second decision making or to address the nation.
