How many Antifa members are non-felons over 21? My guess is damn few.

I'd say most if not all of them are non-felons. Not because they don't commit felonies but because they don't get prosecuted for felonies.

The cops are pretty beat down and just try to get through the day alive and not fired for enforcing the law

My understanding is that things are similar for Seattle cops. They are resigning in record numbers and doing their own version of "white flight" - joining the cop shops in suburbia in order to escape the sheer insanity of "progressive America".
