As Elizabeth Warren blathers on about making college free and cutting educational costs, here's one worth looking at from Charlie Kirk:
Charlie KirkVerified account @charliekirk11
Elizabeth Warren is running on eliminating student loan debt and cracking down on colleges
Which is odd, considering she was a part of the problem:
She made over $429,981 in one year at Harvard
If professors really believed in socialism, why dont they teach for free?
That's some bloated salary for a one-day-a-week teaching job for a fake Indian using the benefit of affirmative action (much as they all deny it). And yes, Kirk's figure is confirmed in the press.
Professor Glenn Reynolds at Instapundit has written a book about this phenomenon (actually, two books) - about how tuition costs keep going up and up - just as administrator costs and tenured faculty salaries go skyward in what's an increasinly hellish "two-tiered" system. The people who lose out on all this bloat are the junior untentured faculty assistants, who live on starvation wages, and the students themselves, who are piled high with unsupportable debt. He writes:
Today universities have a two-tier class system: Tenured professors and administrators on top, with generous pay and benefits and job security, while many (in some places most) required courses are being taught by the equivalent of serfs, with low pay, no job security, and little in the way of status.
Which brings us back to Warren and her mid-six-figure salary, complaining about student debt as she runs for president and vowing to cancel it if debt-plagued Millennials vote for her.

Why is a Harvard education so coveted? It cannot be it really makes for a better educated person. Maybe it is connections.
Forked-tongued utterances are the most common weapons used by criminals.
Of course the prime benefit is the open doors because of the sheepskin and its connections.
Harvard is nothing but a graduation factory for snobs
Only coveted by those who feel it's important for them to be able to tell others they graduated from Harvard... kinda like someone buying a Ferrari so they can tell others they drive a Ferrari.
It is too bad that the yutes don't know these kind of numbers.
They want free education, but is any college prof worth that kind of ransom?
What service and knowledge can she perform or pass on that has that kind of value?
In a capitalist system, you are worth what you can get, in a communist system, you get what the commissars need to give you for your loyalty.
Which is the beauty of a crony-capitalist system like ours where buying off political favors runs rampant - and it is worth it so you can keep what you are getting and not have to go out and compete against newcomers every day.
But it still shows you what the elite have done to the cost of a college education. Incidentally, both parents were in the hard sciences, not some fluff studies. Mom's Dad was a college professor. But Dad got his education on the GI Bill following World War II Service. He grew up herding sheep in the high desert.
She made over $429,981 in one year at Harvard for 1 day a week course and I bet not every week.
She is a thief.
The best way to cut college costs is to cut professors salaries.
Cut them all to $80,000.
Harvard isn’t anything special.
“If professors really believed in socialism, why dont they teach for free?”
If teachers really believe in socialism, why don’t they give all students the same grade?
The total endowments of universities in America exceeds half a $TRILLION. That’s something to think about when these kids come out of college less intelligent with a worthless degree and a pile of debt.
My daughter-in-law is a Harvard grad and says she would steer my grandsons far, far away from attending. She doesn’t look back on her time at Harvard with fond memories.
at 40 weeks of the year, one day a week, that is $10,749 ++ for each day she ‘worked’.
This same women decries Capitalism.
What is the adversity score for Harvard?
They pretty much do since all they have to do is get in, from there out they have it made. I am pretty sure Hillary led the parade, at her school, to replace letter grades with Pass/Fail so everyone essentially receives the same game since no one fails.
I wouldn’t expect them to work for free. But I would like to see them earning a subsistence income instead of becoming wealthy.
