I doubt this very, very seriously.
They’d have a difficult time stopping it.
Maritime access is possible too when enough money is behind it.
If someone wants badly enough to get somewhere, they usually can. East/West Germany proved that.
And as for the money — as long as there are Americans willing to pay for a street drug habit, the money will be there. Part of the problem is the trips taken by those who never leave home to do it.

It's called leverage, you know, ratchet up the level of pain until you cooperate. It's a negotiating tactic, you know, they get something for them in exchange for something for us. Of course RINOs never heard of such a thing.
