This has a TITLE IX lawsuit written all over it.
Dude, that article is over two years old!
Her supervisor is an idiot. If her allegations are proven true, his lack of action will become a permanent part of his personnel record and his chances of ever getting promoted are 0
If I ever caught anyone, spitting into my or anyone's food, I would shoot them, on the spot.
I would face whatever justice came to someone that 'feared for their life' and Oh, BTW, call my lawyer.
“SkyDancer is a woman.....”
What is your point?
I’d make that one picture about six by four feet then. Morons.
You really think a FEDERAL WORKERS UNION rep would be interested in helping her, probably the union steward or rep doing this crap to her.
Dude, you need to get with the times.
I love topo maps, I like when they print them on bandanas.
“Sometimes its better to just move on. Too many stupids in charge.”
Yeah, at 69 y.o. and disabled she needs to move on. Should be a snap for her.
It wouldn't surprise me. I worked for NY State's Department of Corrections, and the local Union rep at Auburn Prison wouldn't file my grievance over a job I had bid, and won based on my seniority. They'd denied me the job because I am a female, so I filed my own grievance with the Administration. They had to accept, and process it. I never got the job at that facility, but I did make a point, and eventually did win a similar job when I transferred to a newly opened prison nearer my home. I wasn't the only female at Auburn that the Union refused to represent. There were only a handful of us back in the early 80's, and the Union knew no one was going to do anything about it. Anything I ever got, I got on my own, without the Union. They took my money, but they didn't want to represent me. When I retired in 2003, I had almost 33 years of State service.
I retired from a federal agency in January 2008. During the election a co-worker forwarded me several emails that he had received from the employees union that were urging people to vote for 0bama. That was a clear violation of the Hatch Act by openly campaigning for a candidate.
There is a pattern here. The USGS and DOI need a housecleaning:
WASHINGTON The Interior Department’s Inspector General has opened an ethics investigation into Secretary David Bernhardt.
The probe, revealed in a letter Monday from Deputy Inspect General Mary Kendall, came at the request of several Democratic lawmakers concerned the former oil and gas lobbyist, who also represented large water utilities, might have had conflicts of interests involving former clients while he was deputy secretary in 2017 and 2018.
The Inspector General’s office received seven complaints from “a wide assortment of complainants alleging various conflicts of interest and other violations by (Bernhardt),” Kendall wrote in her letter to Sen. Tom Udall, D-N.M., and Rep. Betty McCollum, D-Minn.
In his recent PA appearance he said he hasn’t declared yet, but will in a few weeks.
