Every federal office building has (or should have) an official photograph of the current president prominently on display. The photo is not removed when the president comes up for reelection. There is no violation of the Hatch Act here.
Time for concealed cameras and then the guillotine.
As a Marine Corps brat, I saw a picture of the sitting president in darned near every building I entered on base, is the entire Corps guilty of violating the Hatch Act?

Most likely, everybody in the office knew who was doing the deeds. This happens a lot if there is racism, along with the age prejudice.
She should request a transfer. Her supervisor won’t help, wants her to quit instead. Sometimes it’s better to just move on. Too many stupids in charge.

Was she ever notified that she was under investigation for violation of the Hatch Act, and was she ever afforded the opportunity to seek Union help, and legal representation throughout the investigative process?
Sure sounds to me this harassment is a two way street. For example, the photo of Trump isn’t a problem, but plastering an “I voted” sticker on it moves it close to the Hatch act line.
Every army base used to have a photo posted up. At my basic training company, we had the photo and name of the entire chain of command posted.

He was all caught up in that Russian thing. And no - I do not live in a cave. Have you heard him say exactly that “I am running for a second term of office”? I know he is but a formal announcement? But then, I work odd hours.
