There was a time when hollywood was well represented in the military and vice versa. Now the girlie pajama boys have become the face of hollywood, and, like it or not, are also awash in the pedophilia, drugs, second generation suicides, and actress rapes. Cusack could use his (imagined) influence to make the movie pit a better place, but his silence signals outright, not tacit, approval of its ethos.
