When Democrats in the House aren’t using their majority status to ceaselessly pester and harass POTUS Donald Trump, which is often, they are spending their political capital on activism rather than legislation that would advance the success and status of our constitutional republic.
That was in evidence again last week as the House passed (with eight Republicans) a bill that will, if it becomes law, destroy female sporting events in high school.
First, a little background.
In the early 1970s, Congress passed a series of Educational Amendments that included a section called Title IX. According to Feminist.org (yeah, I know, but stay with me), the law “prohibits discrimination against girls and women in federally-funded education, including in athletics programs.”

Too bad there’s no women’s rights movement in the United States. If there was, they would protect the right of women to keep penises off the field of play.
Without a women’s rights movement, penises on the field quickly relegate all women to second-class athletes.

Remember, marxists believe that literally EVERYTHING is politics, and everything is the purview of the state and the party.
They know anything they do in public schools will go unchallenged and cheerfully embraced by the kids they brainwashed.
This achieves two things:
By starting this in school they brainwash young minds into believing it's normal and good for everyone.
It also sets PRECEDENCE.
Once precedence is established they can use past actions to claim everything they do is right because of PRECEDENCE.

It’s a fricken’ mental disease; a chronic, no-cure mental disease. Years ago, they’d have been locked up in an insane asylum, given shock treatments, lobotomies, etc.
Not only are they a physical threat to themselves, they’re a treat to all of society.
It doesn’t go far enough. They need to address professional sports. If a company may be accused of bias because they do not employ enough women or non-white people, why not a professional sports team? I propose that every professional sports team represent society as closely as possible. Our local football teams should be approximately half female, 13% black, and have an appropriate number of fat, crippled, homosexual/transgenders in the lineup. I would watch a cross-dressing, downs syndrome girl on punt return. After all, it is total forced equality of outcome that matters most.
Fascists recognize no limits to their power.
On the bright side there is growing backlash to the trans agenda. Feminists don’t like to be demoted on the intersectional victim scale.
That's why lately they have resorted to violence against us when we resist. Like a spoiled child who has gotten his way with increasingly bizarre and violent temper tantrums, which child is now an adult living in mom's basement. When push comes to shove, he'll get violent before he'll do the right thing.
That's the democRAT mentality.
Really? This is their attitude about everything! The Democrat-Hollywood power elite class believes themselves entitled to tell the people how to think, feel, vote, worship, live etc.

Did you really think that all those federal education funds came without strings attached???
Their attack on the female gender is covered under the "virtue signaling" exception.;-)
They also regulate the damn daylight saving time.
Sometimes I hate when I'm right all the time.
Congress “bought” that right by providing federal funding to every public and almost every private school in the country.
Get them out of that and they will be out of this particular angle of lunacy.
A lot of the problem started with trying to rectify discrimination against blacks decades ago.
