Trump Administration Sends List of Russian Collusion Liars to TV Producers

The Trump administration has sent a memo to TV producers which contains a list of Russian collusion liars,
advising networks to challenge individuals like Rep. Adam Schiff on their “false claims” in future.

The memo, sent by Trump’s Director of Communications Tim Murtaugh, was sent a day
after the Mueller investigation’s conclusion which completely vindicated President Trump.

It lists obsessed media hounds Sen Richard Blumenthal, Rep Adam Schiff, Rep Jerrold Nadler,
Rep Eric Swalwell, DNC Chairman Tom Perez and Obama's former CIA director John Brennan.

(from the article):"The organization doing this “is a Washington-based nonprofit called The Democracy Integrity Project, or TDIP.
Among other activities, it pumps out daily ‘research’ briefings to prominent Washington journalists,
as well as congressional staffers, to keep the Russia ‘collusion’ narrative alive.”

Question:
If even one of these Senators is directly involved in the criminal coup to take over the U.S Presidency ,
could one, or all, having colluded from a single propaganda source, end up being charged under RICO?
Isn't RICO law designed to charge all organized criminal offenders and their associates (?),
or, is that a 'Reach to far '?
