Believe it when I see it. More likely a heavily redacted report comes out that basically says nobody did anything wrong.

yes but the fisa court has done nothing since they found out they were duped..

I agree - that is a big concern. However, the courts are or should be all about due process. So the FISA judges that were duped in this case probably would say that they can't be sure they were duped until presented by the DOJ IG with evidence that the process was actually abused, and until the perps were subsequently tried and found guilty.

But I wish that someone like Judge Collyer would at least say publicly that if this happened there should be severe consequences for the FBI/DOJ people that wrote and signed off on these cases. Without that sort of statement it's not surprising that a lot of people feel the court is complicit in the scam and is trying to hide that.

So I try to stay informed and to read up before I spout opinions though there's tons of mis- and disinformation to sift through.

I try as well. But, it gets tougher and tougher. So much Fake news out there.

Are you talking about the TWA flight incident where 100’s of people were told not to believe their lying eyes?

The FBI has been a mess since they covered up the murder of Vicky Weaver.

For these swamp dwellers to think they could attempt a coup on the people of Amerca is beyond the pale.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
They successfully installed an ineligible usurper for eight years in violation of the Constitution.
Why should they think they couldn’t do this?
Back in Hoover’s Day, patriotic Americans loved Hoover, but the communists and crooked politicians hated him. J. Edgar Hoover helped keep America free and the FBI the most respected and honest law enforcement organization the world has ever known. When he took the FBI over, it was as corrupt then as it is now. It only shows how far down we have come, that Hoover’s noble legacy is held in such contempt.
And why should we think that any of them there then are White Hats?
Yes. See, this is one example of why I really do not believe *any* leaking being done by our side should be excused.
It would be better to wait and (hopefully!) see justice being done on behalf of the American people.
I’m concerned so much false information is being released and it’s going to really cause damage if it’s not true or causes the investigations to be damaged.
I don’t.
The only person in the District of Corruption I half-way trust is President Trump.
There is no way in hell that Cardinal Comey should be allowed to live out the rest of his days as a multimillionaire.
He needs to be prosecuted, imprisioned, and bankrupted.
Not unlike what was done to General Flynn.
Does the exclusionary rule apply to all the evidence gathered under falsely obtained FISA warrants?
It started with Hoover and just kept growing.
***********
Yes, there’s a disturbing history there but in actuality Hoover’s abuses pale in comparison to Spygate. All the more reason to fully expose and punish those who engage in corruption and abuses of power. If we don’t the problem will, as you say, just keep growing.
“Why is it taking so damn long to find out of the warrants were legal or illegal?”
Because in the end The Swamp protects itself. Delay, delay delay and magically it goes away! Sadly, I do not believe that any of these traitors will be held accountable.
Hoover never “took over” the FBI. It didn’t exist until he got FDR to create it for him in 1933. FDR wanted a national police force for his own purposes and Hoover was there to make it happen.
