I fail to see how the Constitution allows the house to issue a subpoena to force Barr to testify.

The Constitution clearly lays out the concept of separate but equal powers to the three branches.

By the the dims reasoning, they would be able to subpoena the entire Supreme Court in order to determine how they reached the conclusion that obummer care was legal as a tax.....or for any and all other decisions.

They could subpoena the president for any and all executive orders...The list is endless and proves how childish the dims have become.

That was clearly not the intention of those who designed our form of government.

I think the dims should issue a subpoena for Barr and that the issue should go to the Supreme Court for burial.

Nowhere in the Constitution is it stated or implied that the three branches of government are “equal.” There is the idea of separation of powers, and enumeration of powers, and checks and balances. That’s about it.
