Sen. Cory Booker (D-N.J.) said Wednesday that he would go through the “normal process” to deal with climate change instead of declaring a national emergency if he is elected president.
Speaking at the “She The People Forum” in Houston, Texas, Booker was asked if he would declare a national emergency to deal with climate change the same way that President Donald Trump used national emergency to deal with the crisis at the border.

If the nation is so far gone it elects Booker as POTUS then it might also elect a Congress that passes whatever climate change nonsense Booker wants passed.
Who knows why any statement of intent or non-intent uttered by a dem candidate even gets repeated, much less printed? Everything they say must be measured against their propensity to lie all the time, and to say anything for a vote.

And Obama kept telling us that he didn't have the power to issue an executive order to allow illegal alien "dreamers" to stay in this country. Until he did. And now Obama appointed judges say that President Trump doesn't have the power to revoke that executive order.
