Why The Media Is At War With Saudi Arabia
The Federalist ^ | April 10, 2019 | David Reaboi

Most news consumers understand that media, in general, plays favorites. They cheer on and protect Designated Heroes, and with seemingly boundless energy relish every opportunity to assail Designated Villains.

We’ve long known, from polling and other quantifiable metrics, that journalists have very pronounced political biases. Even as journalists often indignantly tout the objectivity of their work product and defend the credibility of others in their profession, the sorry results stand for themselves.

It’s no longer controversial—other than in the most surreal, eye-rolling conversations with committed left-wing partisans—to say the American media leans overwhelmingly left and has a strong preference for Democrats rather than Republicans.

Saudi Arabia , through its ambassador to the United States ( prince Bandar) and operating from it’s Washington DC Embassy assisted and facilitated the 911 attack on this nation as determined by the findings of the 911 commission but hidden from the American people until 2017 and released by President Trump. Nothing has been done to Saudi Arabia in response.

The media and the Left in general hate Arabia for one reason, among others, and that is that the Sauds cooperate with the US. That makes Saudi Arabia utterly evil. There are other nations that get the same treatment for the same reason.

I have no sympathy for Saudi Arabia. They continue to spread their Wahabist poison. The majority of the 9/11 hijackers were Saudi. The royal family has been playing us since Truman started sucking face with them.

The CIA and FBI concluded that there was no evidence anyone from the Saudi royal family knowingly provided support for the 9/11 attacks.

“The pages allege that while some of the hijackers were in the U.S., they were in contact with, and at times received assistance from, people in the Saudi government, including two Saudi intelligence officers. Officials in the Saudi government, including members of the royal family and embassy staff, at times provided large sums of money, fake passports, and information to people assisting the hijackers while they were in the U.S., the pages allege.”

Thanks for posting.

This clears up a number of mysteries for me.

About 18 months ago, Saudi Arabia and the UAE suddenly and publicly denounced Qatar as a pawn of Iranian interests.

I was shocked, since I thought Qatar was (is?) still the Mideast HQ for US Central Command.

Soon after, I was shocked by the sudden and savage media attack on Saudi Arabia and MBS for the alleged murder of the Muslim Brotherhood lobbyist Jamal Khashoggi, and by the sudden elevation and praise of Turkey's Islamist dictator, Recep Erdogan.

“The CIA and FBI concluded...”

The same CIA and FBI that plotted a coup to remove President Trump from office?

The same CIA that swore up and down that Saddam had WMDs?

The same CIA and FBI that had no clue before 9/11?

The same CIA and FBI who ignored several warnings about the Boston Bombers? Are those the ones your talking about?

If the CIA and FBI concluded that it was raining I’d open the window and stick my head out.
