Menopausal Ann was a Minionite (a Romney backer) EARLY in 2011 while there were still many conservatives out there. I was at CPAC when she touted Minion, to the displeasure of many of the attendees.

I think she has become Shapiro-ized.

I think you’d show more respect even though you loathed these men, than the left or even people in Congress show for Trump.

Meanwhile, Trump just got 8 billion to build the wall. Isn’t that what Ann wanted?

It is menopause on steroids.

The trouble with Ann is that she really doesn’t know what she is politically or philosophically and only knows that by making outrageous statements she gets publicity. She jumped on the Trump train and rode it until she thought going against Trump would further her career. She’s an opportunist for the most part.

Really Ann someone from the right is going to challenge Trump? Jeb, SOM, Mitt McCain? Do you really know what the right is anymore? Trump ran as a populist and is governing for the most part as a conservative with exceptions. If you thought he was going to be 100% on board with all your political positions you are naive or just maybe the opportunist you are showing yourself to be.

Anne, and would that be, to supposedly be to the right of Trump?

Lady, you’ve got a screw loose.

Coulter was for Romney because she thought he could win and because she saw him as more hardline on immigration than other candidates.

She doesn't have much use for him now.

We passed the opportunity to be Brazil. We are moving to something more along the lines of South Africa.

Bear in mind, Brazil has a de-facto caste system created by essentially white Europeans' reputation for being intelligent and reserved and African/Aztec reputation for well, not.. AFAIK they also don't have any sort of affirmative action or other special victimhood status.

It remains to be seen if the Emergency declaration will work. After the Ninth Circuit upholds a district court injunction it will then be up to the Supreme Court. But is it certain they’ll take the case? They probably will, but how long will that take? And when they do, how confident should we be in the outcome? John Roberts seems to be “evolving” and has publicly chided the President for his correct denunciation of a clown district judge.

And even if President Trump wins a 5-4 decision, then as Coulter and others have rightly pointed out it won’t make much difference regarding the terrible enforcment-gutting, illegal immigration-encouraging aspects of this atrocious spending bill Trump inexplicably signed. What food is a barrier if someone can show up and be allowed entry, and then be ferried to waiting illegal alien sponsors who will now be shielded from deportation?

The President could have vetoed that monstrosity and insisted on another continuing resolution. I heard Rush Limbaugh say today that th Democrats wouldn’t have offend him another CR but I have no idea what he based that claim on. Some reporting said the Democrats were preparing a CR the weekend before when it looked like the talks were about to flame out. Even with a biased media, it would have been hard for Democrats to blame another shutdown on Trump if the President was willing to continue with the status quo.

And the status quo would have been preferable to this garbage bill that Trump signed. It’s mind boggling that this President signed this bill. Did he get rolled? Was he duped by McConnell and Shelby? Or does he really not care after all?

“Or does he really not care after all?”

It’s a national emergency. I believe the President gets first bite at the apple. He’ll build a couple of hundred miles of wall before any of the provisions of the law are implemented.

Then use the law to increase border security personnel and follow that up with putting technology in place to support the wall. Only then, start looking at the other provisions of the law that the rats put in. By the time that comes about, we should see the results of putting up the wall.
