The Republicans have had scores of these “MAJOR” campaign issues over the years and decades, but have failed to use them to their obvious advantage. They won’t even step in to stop an obvious soft coup on a duly elected President!

No reason to think next time will be different.

Actually a smart GOP campaign ad staff would point out how much of a tax burden the Amazon deal and resultant Corporate Welfare (in the form of tax-breaks to a company currently in it’s 2nd year of paying no income tax) would pass on to taxpayers.
Most voters care about taxes and notice when our politicians give millions of dollars or more in tax breaks to corporate entities and then force the rest of the tax base to make up for the loss in increased taxes.
No welfare for Illegals and No welfare for multi-million/multi-billion dollar corporations!
If us citizens have to pay our taxes then so should they!

Ha! You are assuming the Republicans are different from the Democrats. They are not. It's the Uni-party.
