Trump figured out her game a long time ago. He knows her weak spots. She however hasn’t figured out how to best him. Unfortunately, she gives away her hand. She likes power and the perks that go with a position of prestige. She couldn’t care less about the people of the US of A. McConnell says he'll put it up for a vote. What if the vote fails? Then we would be in a "no wall" situation. The 'pub establishment would love that, because they despise Deplorables. And we'd be gone.

Ummmm - DACA on the table requires them to put the wall on it...everything he put on the table is predicated upon the wall and other border security measures....and he also stated up front that the DACA/TPS moratorium would be used as part of a bigger deal...he’s ensuring he has leverage down the road because he knows without it, they won’t do diddly.
Originally it was the wall or Executive Order ( which PS is what he should’ve told Paul Ryan). Now, it’s I’ll give you stuff for the wall, which you voted for in the past.
The longer they stall and bluster, the stronger his position becomes because they will be sacrificing a big chunk of their base by not playing ball.
No, he should sign the EO for the next two years of the wall. No other gifts to try to make a deal with people whose only goal is to make him look foolish. Then, they can sit down and talk about the other three years of the wall!
