The “Libyan Opposition” couldn’t be certified as a legal end-user of US exported weapons. Thus they used Qatar as a legal cut-out:
They’d ship the gear to “end-user Qatar”, which would be legal.
But of course Qatar was NOT the true end-user; Qatar would then forward our stuff to the people we designated.
But Qatar is not totally reliable. Qatar does harbor sympathy for muzzie baddies all over the place and there was unauthorized diversion of our stuff —even MANPADS Stingers! Not old models either.
THAT is how our own CH-47 got shot down by our late-model Stinger, in the wreckage they found the serial number of our missile and the last entity in possition of that missile was the CIA:
CIA —> Qatar —> ?? —> Taliban
But then there were also transfers of our stuff AND Qaddafi’s stuff to Syria via Turkey.
This was the freaking CLINTONS, which is why Chris Stevens hit the shores of Benghazi with paper-shufflers from A.I.D. instead of Marines —A.I.D. has as very long history of working with the Clintons, see..?
We had an individual WOMAN (Hillary) commandeering material , personel and parts of the US Government in order to pursue her personal whim and fortune.
It’s their country. They can listen too all radio communications and they do! No secret to it at all.
They blabbed on the phone within range of the enemy listeners.
There are other questions, too:
Why did the locally hired Benghazi defenders literally OPEN THE GATES for the attackers..?
Why did the attackers yell, “Dr. Morsi sent us..!”
You should ponder these questions after first recalling that THE FIRST THING Obama did upon his first term election was to fly to Egypt and announce the start of a NEW U.S. RELATIONSHIP with the Muslim world, and he made big noises about maybe trying to get The Blind Sheik released (frazzle beard whacko who bombed the World Trade Center the first time).
What I’m saying is:
Hillary might have been going for a TWOFEER.
That is, pull off the arms shipments she fancied, but then also set up an abduction of Stevens, who’d then be swapped for The Blind Sheik, still imprisoned in the USA.
And it would be done by “I understand the Muslim World” Genius Prophet Obama, and riiiiiight before his bid for re-election, then widely seen by experts as a squeeker.
Let’s review:
1. They ship the arms
2. Knock off Qadaffi
3. Get Stevens oh-so-unfortunately kidnapped
4. Steal the good fraction of Qadaffi’s arms laying around, forward those along with super good US arms to their buddies in Syria via Turkey
5. Knock-off Assad
6. Farm out the expensive re-construction of smashed Libya to Hillary’s pals
7. Swap Blind Sheik for Stevens
8. Get Obama re-elected..!!!
Wow, see all those flaming torches and machetes flying around up there..? That’s some tough juggling, eh..?
ANYONE with experience in the field would blanch with fear:
There is NO WAY all that intricate stuff will all work.
And to work at all, it ALL needs to work together.
You would need to be EXTREMELY arrogant and wreckless to attempt it all.
In other words, you would have to be HILLARY CLINTON.
