upreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg voted against President Donald Trump’s proposed immigrant asylum restrictions from the hospital where she had cancer surgery Friday, according to media reports.

NBC reported that Ginsburg voted from her hospital bed. National Public Radio and Mother Jones magazine said she cast the decisive vote in the 5-4 decision against the Trump administration shortly after her surgery to remove two cancerous nodules from her lungs. The ruling blocks the Trump administration from implementing new rules prohibiting people from seeking asylum if they cross the border illegally.

By Friday night Ginsburg, 85, was sitting up in her chair and calling friends, NPR reported.

Should never have even been considered for the court. One of the worst mistakes in American judicial history

For sure she is one of the absolute worst. However, she has some strong competition - Louis Brandeis, William J. Brennan, William O. Douglas, Earl Warren, and lately Kagan, and Sotomayor rank right up there too.

These tyrants in black robes hang on forever. They get decades to p!ss all over the Constitution.

So she voted under the influence of God only knows what mind altering drugs. Is that even legal?

Wondering if she was still drugged?

She seems drugged most of the time, early able to hold head up and able to walk..

Media shows out dated news clips of her, making her to appear healthy and we know she is not...

Would not be surprised to see her gone in a short time...Doctors said she was fine when she broke three ribs and went straight home, and they knew then she had malignant cells in lungs.

How accommodating! In Congress you have to be present in person to vote. How accommodating of the court to allow the excercise of tyranny from one’s death bed (I hope)

...No, her vote was a given...the prick Roberts cast the deciding vote...

Actually not the case. If she would have needed to be present to vote, then it would have been a 4-4 tie and the lower court decision would stand.

Plus, Kavanaugh also voted against us.

I’m not buying it. My mother had this lobectomy cancer surgery at age 86. She was in excruciating pain for days afterwards. If RBG is said to have cast the deciding vote the same day and after her surgery, I call “fraud” on it. Also, RBG’s prognosis is very grim.

“Plus, Kavanaugh also voted against us.”

You are thinking of the Planned Parenthood case. He was cool on this one.

Another case of ballot harvesting. Did someone grab her finger and push the “no” button with it?

Ginsberg’s medical condition will ramp up the pressure to get Trump under impeachment by the house sooner than what was planned by the Democrats. Would be a big fight for a president under impeachment to make any nominations. Senate wouldn’t process any such nominations until after the trial was over...and Mitch would drag it out for two years before starting in an attempt to get PDJT to resign.

we agree about Sotomoyer and Kagan for sure

Brandeis had some good points to make...(the dangers of permitting monopolists to seize control of... and destroy our free competitive economic markets, some need for government to respect an individual’s privacy, etc.).....despite his lefty political leanings (which would be quite unpopular here for sure)............ and he was positively brilliant and I believe very honest. I am glad some of the current people on the court are so lacking of his intellect... but I sure wish they had even half his integrity. Again, we agree I am sure about many of his opinions...
Douglas was a very interesting man, worth hearing from ...often saw issues or aspects of cases that other folks were blind to, or just ignored.......... but yes I agree about most of his decisions being on the bad side of issues most of the time. I was very glad indeed when he was replaced on the Ct.
From what I can tell, Sotomeyer, Kagan, and Ginsberg should never ever have been put on the court.... never in a million years! Disasterous

And I am worried more and more about Roberts
