A West Virginia high school’s assistant principal should be disciplined after questioning a transgender male student over his choice of bathrooms and saying, “you freak me out,” the American Civil Liberties Union said.
The ACLU’s West Virginia chapter said it has asked the Harrison County schools superintendent to take action against Assistant Principal Lee Livengood at Liberty High School in Clarksburg. An ACLU statement said the chapter also is seeking best-practice policies and training in the school system for dealing with transgender students and issues.
Fifteen-year-old student Michael Critchfield said Monday night in an interview he was traumatized by the Nov. 27 incident in a school boys’ bathroom.

So is a women who transgenders her sex to male but prefers sexual relations with a female still considered a Lesbian? And if she prefers a male partner is she considered homosexual?

Principal was being honest. Celebrate the diversity of that transparency.

When I was in high school, my principal would have said, "this is a place of learning. It you want to play dress-up, wait til you get home."
I would have said worse if I ever had the opportunity!

You have put your finger on the crux of the problem. A “trans” person is a homosexual who wants to pretend to BE the other sex. This person believes that then a heterosexual member of the “other” sex will want to have sex with and perhaps marry them. But that is EXTREMELY unlikely. A heterosexual person is only interested in sex with a person of the opposite sex. Why would they display the slightest interest in someone of their own sex, even if that person looked the role. (Which, most don’t.) This is why these people are extremely unhappy and those who have been sexually mutilated commit suicide at an excessive rate.

Does the law include transgenderism? No. The ACLU is free to point to any statute that has been violated.

“When you see or hear the term ‘Trans-’, just substitute the word ‘Fake’.
I’m not speaking of the fraction of 1% people who are born with both sets of genitalia. That’s different, and I wish them the best life they can manage in such a state.

We normal people are supposed to honor their requested gender lest they commit suicide. Why do so many trans resort to suicide. Perhaps because there is a mental disorder that causes them to identify with the gender that is opposite to their plumbing at birth. Perhaps that same mental health issue drives them to suicide. It certainly isn’t me simply because I won’t subscribe to their insanity. So omit me the your guilt trip agenda.
It’s the old nature/nurture thing. Personally I believe that the vast majority of homosexuals in the world are made so due to environmental factors.
I also believe that just about anyone could be made to believe they are homosexual under a given set of rearing pressures and circumstances.

Agreed. A man pretending at being a woman cannot carry it off full-time. Sure, with hours of prepping and the assistance of professional make-up artists, a man can make himself look like a passable woman for a short time (refer to Bruce Jenner magazine cover) but that look cannot realistically be sustained on a day-to-day basis. Hell, real women have to work darn hard to look pretty every day.
So most "trans" women end up looking mostly like Robert Plant in a dress. No real man would want anything to do with that, even if all the surgeries were done to make him anatomically correct as a female.
Ditto with women looking to be men. They all end up looking like Rosie O'Donnell with a crew cut.
