Last week, both special counsel Robert Mueller’s office and former national security adviser Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn’s defense team submitted dueling memorandums to U.S. District Judge Emmet Sullivan, who is preparing to sentence Flynn on Dec. 18.
Flynn’s filing brought up the subject of FD-302 forms, which are the official records that FBI agents file following interviews with subjects of interest. In its memo, the defense noted that a 302 form provided by Mueller’s office was dated Aug. 22, 2017, more than six months after the FBI’s interview with Flynn actually took place.
Since FBI rules and regulations state that 302s must be filled out within five days of the interview, the fact that the Flynn memorandum referenced a 302 form filled out and filed more than six months later garnered immediate attention in the news media.
A curious feature of this months-late 302 form was noted by my colleague, Jeff Carlson, in his recent column in The Epoch Times, titled “New FBI 302 Document Appears to Reveal Interview With Agents–Not Flynn.”
This particular 302 form, which is cited five times on Page 14 of the Flynn memorandum, is an interview with former FBI Deputy Assistant Director Peter Strzok, who was subsequently fired from the agency after an extensive investigation by Department of Justice (DOJ) Inspector General Michael Horowitz.

It’s not just the number of laws, and it is a cascade of laws violated, it’s the type of laws they have broken.
These guys literally got their heads together, and conspired to get and utilize *paid for Kremlin ops, to carry out a real Coup against a president of the United States.
And the Kremlin continues to benefit wildly, from the real chaos and completely anti Trump setiment in Congress, the whole Kremlin strategy and charade has served to create. The Kremlin has been seeking to break up the Saudi/UAE/Jordanian/Egyptian/US/Israeli opposition to the Kremlins Pakistan/Iranian/Turkish/Russian Shia Crescent, with the goal of re-establishing Russian geopolitical dominance throughout the ME region, and the ultimate goal of contolling the EU’s energy supply. Russia really wants to flip Saudi Arabia against the United States.
The effort against Trump, also included, and includes, denying fundamental lawful Constitutional rights to US citizens, giving false testimony to federal judges, illegal “wiretaps”, illegal FISA warrants, forcing their targets to commit perjury (”Subornation of Perjury”), illegally refusing to submit to Congressional oversight (Contempt of Congress), illegally leaking classified information, etc...
This really is bad!
And if not honestly prosecuted, is the literal death of our Constitutional system and Republic, while simultaneously ushering in the take over and supremacy of a centrally controlled federal totalitarian super government, who formally rules over us.

I concur. The judiciary is out of control - including the so-called conservative ones.
Since when are FBI rules and regulations laws that would provide basis for overturning a conviction?
Isn’t Mueller also operating in violation of these regulations i.e. no crime is being investigated, but investigating to find a crime.
After all that time (and as Mueller appears to be closing out all of his unfinished business because he has run out of anything substantive), Mueller needed cover for the inevitably light Flynn sentence so he gives the "he cooperated so he gets a light sentence" explanation.
Mueller obstructed justice and needs to face criminal charges.
Comey needs to face charges for his self-admitted obstruction of justice.
Rosenstein is guilty. ALL these are guilty of conspiracy: Strzok, Page, Lynch, McCabe, Clapper, Brennan, Yates, Mills, and a host of others... all leading to HILLARY CLINTON!

I don’t know if Flynn’s attorneys were involved in the Steven’s case in any way.
Sydney Powell was involved in the Enron case at the same time the Stevens case and its aftermath was going on with similar government misconduct. License To Lie is her book about the whole trend.

I hope they force the current judges to be disbursed over the four districts, so they can then fill the courts with Conservative justices so that they all will adhere to the Constitution in the future.
If someone from the deep state tried to pull that on me, I’d be in front of the courthouse the next morning with an announcement of who, what, and when.
Then if something happened to my family, the public would be notified up front who was responsible.
The alleged adoption illegality could have been innocent from Roberts’s point of view, but using that to blackmail a SCOTUS judge is pure evil.

He provided a good home. That’s all he’s required to do.
Look, I support going through the hoops the agencies require.
I still think he’s a good man.
If he wasn’t, he would never have been confirmed to the SCOTUS.
I don’t think there’s much to the idea he didn’t do what he was supposed to, or he would have been skewered over it during the process.
