Even CHRIS MATTHEWS doubted whether one can actually impeach a President for covering up sexual misbehavior--- particularly sexual behavior that allegedly occured BEFORE Trump was elected. Congress can impeach him for ordering his eggs the wrong way. The Senate can remove him from office because he didn't contribute enough to the RNC.
Like Trump says, them developments would be revoltin'....
