Congressmen for term limitations? That’s something I haven’t heard before.
That will require a Constitutional Amendment -- and some other stuff with it, plus there should be several others as well, such as specifically empowering feds and state gov'ts to impose capital punishment, and prohibiting separate health plans for gov't employees and elected officials.
