The matter of Gen. Michael Flynn began with criminal conduct. But it was not committed by Flynn. The crimes were leaking the contents of classified telephone conversations between Flynn and Russian Ambassador Sergey Kislyak and revealing the identity of Flynn as a party to the conversations.
The sorry saga began with a January 12, 2017 column about the Flynn/Kislyak conversations by The Washington Posts David Ignatius, who described his source as a senior U.S. government official, i.e., an Obama administration functionary. Whoever told Ignatius the fact of and substance of the eavesdropped conversations committed a felony by leaking classified information.
The second crime is publicly revealing a U.S. citizens identity as being a party to those conversations. When there is authorized intelligence collection of foreign officials, the identity of the U.S. person who is incidentally picked up during that collection is to be minimized (not disclosed), even within the U.S. government. Instead of the partys name, the document substitutes [U.S. Person]. There is a process for unmaskingobtaining the name of the undisclosed person--when the government official determines knowing the name is important to national security. A written request must be made to the collecting agency that is responsible for the document. Only a handful of officials are given that authority, e.g. NSA has only 20. Perhaps there was a valid need for an Obama official to know Flynns identity. That issue is irrelevant. Providing it to Ignatius was a crime.

#16. The bigger question and issue is can Mueller and Weissman be tried for framing and jailing (leading to the death of two of the four) innocent men back in the 90’s?
I would love for Trump/DOJ to totally unseal the Bulger trial/case-related files, esp. those that sent the four innocent men to jail.
Since two of them died in prison, there might be both criminal charges and civil suits still possible if there are no statute of limitations on such crimes.
I was led to believe there is not a statute of limitations on murder. Surely, Mulehead and his criminal cronies knew that incarceration for their victims was a virtual death sentence.
His orders are to bring down Trump and Trump only.
That’s not really the salient question. The real question is, “Why is DOJ ignoring Obama administration crimes?”
The Flynn investigation clearly did begin with the illegal unmasking of LTG Flynn in the course of a supposed (assuming Flynn wasn’t the target of the intercept all along) intercept of Sergei Kislyak. In that situation, someone(s) whose name is known failed to follow Bureau policy and minimize the intercept of the US Person - Mike Flynn, in this case. Likewise, someone whose name is known to NSA submitted an “About Query” to unmask the American who was talking to Kislyak, ergo, names of people involved have been known for well over a year. Why has no one been indicted and prosecuted?
Their criminal empire will not be unmasked while he is at the gate
Their criminal empire will not be unmasked while he is at the gate
Because he’s a DIRTY, CORRUPT, VILE, EVIL, VICIOUS DEMOCRAT (all redundant) who wants to BANKRUPT and IMPRISONED EVERYONE around TRUMP, especially TRUMP!
L8r
Is it a felony to leak it if the leaker is Obama himself?
cause mueller is a political hack.
Wikipedia: Special Counsel investigation (2017present)
This investigation includes any possible links or coordination between Donald Trump’s presidential campaign and the Russian government, “and ***any matters that arose or may arise directly from the investigation.”
***HRC/DNC/PERKINS COIE/OBAMA ADMIN/UNMASKING/DIA/CIA/FBI/NSA/FUSION GPS/STEELE/MIFSUD/MSM ETC ETC ETC ETC
WHY HAVEN’T THEY BEEN INVESTIGATED?
That pic absolutely says-it-all. Talk about conflict of interest. This whole “Trump/Russia collusion” “investigation” is nothing but a ruse for hardcore blatant sedition. 3 criminals right there in that pic plotting to overthrow the new administration and the media talks about Trump going to jail?
If Toensing asked that question, it was rhetorical. She know why; we all know why.
He can be prosecuted for Official Oppression and Excessive Prosecution. I will personally file the first ethics complaint if they want me too. there should be 1 ethics complaint filed for each offense committed by Witchfider Mueller by every American for his blatant Miscarriage of “Justice”.
Victoria where is your big witness William Campbell?
Sam Ervin put through a rule in 1973 that the Watergate special prosecutor could not investigate the Democrats.
These dopes have to ask WHY....WTF
