Not Kelly’s style. He’s a warrior, not a bitch.

He needs someone with deep political experience and someone who can help with the 2020 election.

He will likely go to another role in this administration where his considerable leadership skills are needed.

Mattis is possibly a Democrat.

--President Trump

If you think Kelly a Steve Bannon fan or a nationalist you are FOS.

That was a fake news piece on Mattis and I also saw a whole bunch of junk linking Kelly to the Deep State. All of it BS you bought it hook, line and sinker. I was in with them and you were not.

"I believe part of the turnover is due to workload. I bet Trump’s working 70 hours a week and demanding a similar level of commitment from his staff."

Bingo KC. I read an article that most Beltway bandits are drug users, aka uppers to do the workload and a downer to get them to sleep. PDJT happens to be blessed w/ a metabolism we'd all dream about. Add to that the toxic environment of Mueller, the House or Senate calling you in and your looking at 300k+ in legal fees to defend you own backside and it is a no wonder people are leaving what the frig was Sessions thinking. Hope Hicks is a prime example. All of what 28 and maybe pulling 140k a yr and they start talking calling her in and needing high price attorneys, I don't blame her one bit for leaving. I so revile the Swamp and it's behavioral norms, what a vile place.....

Exactly.

A news media that wasn’t trying to gin up controversy would point out that Kelly is leaving the post right in line with the average tenure of all other White House chiefs of staff.

I don't know much about Pence's Chief of Staff, who is rumored to take the job. He's young and energetic, so there's that going for him. Bill Shine probably has a good handle on communications, but may lack the legislative chops you mentioned.

The presidential assistant who was forced out a year ago for some PC error / anger management involving his wife would be good to bring back. Screw him. Even his wife didn't think he should lose his job because of it.
