Stop looking to the traditional government oversight for the solution. Just stop! Because it was never there from the beginning. I have been telling you all for months. Those who backed and got Trump elected knew that too and I have known since May 2016 that he was going to get elected and few critical cabinet positions would be from my sources and a few other interesting contacts. The whole thing that has been going on is measuring the depth of corruption and identifying as many traitors as possible which is now well along. This problem is going to be solved using non-conventional organizations and methods which are legal when the govt’t is hopelessly corrupt. Go to the White House website and look up an EO from the POTUS in Dec 2017 and you will understand finally. Dealing with mainstream media and some of the alt-media is useless. The solution to our problem is going to be ugly and nasty but necessary.

But if the democrats successfully challenge ballot-harvesting in North Carolina aren’t they essentially knee-capping themselves?

What? That like “the Right hand doesn’t know what the Left hand is doing”? P-L-E-A-S-E.

That was like expecting Sessions to actually DO...*something* (esp. those that CONFESSED...aka Comey, Clinton, etc.)

>how many did GOP legitimately lose? How many stolen?

A: As many as they allowed the Left\(D) {I repeat myself}. The latter ?, and premise of the former, is moot when the (R)N(C) did N-O-T-H-I-N-G to counter the fraud since Daley, let alone 2k (Bush v. Gore).

Just look @ Broward Co., FL. KNOWN fraud and Scott keeps her on the job? Bondi does ZERO? The RNC? That’s showing they (all) just don’t care.

We lost only 26 seats...I thought it was more...of course most were RINOs who hated Trump, but did we flip any seats from D to R?

Every Republican seat that was “flipped” was through massive voter fraud.

Only way to end this is 100% voter ID.

End motor voter laws.

All voter registration ends 180 days before an election.

No absentee ballots for federal elections (except for military, and these military ballots will be counted in the presence of a JAG or other military officer).

No voting on college campuses.

Allow polling stations on military bases.

States must purge all voter rolls by 90 days before any federal election.

All polling stations close at their scheduled times, with all ballots counted that night.

No election results are released until 100% of all districts are counted, any recounts (if needed) are completed and the respective Secretary of State certifies the election. All must be complete within 72 hours.

Penalties for voter fraud must be increased and applied to individuals, candidates, and/or political parties.
1st offense: Upto 2 years in prison and a $100,000 fine.
2nd offense: Upto 5 years in prison and a $1,000,000 fine.
3rd offense: Minimum 25 years in prison and forfeiture of all assets.
Any GoFundMe, etc that is set up in the name of anyone convicted of voter fraud shall immediately be seized.

What will happen again in 2 years? The cheating, or their taking so many seat? Or both? (IMO the cheating has never ceased since way before I was born)

(hat tip cotton 1706)

.....keep in mind, vote harvesting schemes have affected (and can affect) only ONE body of the Federal government: the House of Representatives........

- No matter how much vote harvesting they do, it will not affect the Senate (there are already two democrats from California).

-No matter how much vote harvesting they do, it will not affect the Presidency (California’s number of electors is fixed until the next census, and the number of VOTES does not affect electoral allocation).

-No matter how much vote harvesting they do, it will not affect the Courts (California has a say in the population of the courts only through its senators, which are already chosen, and both are already democrats).

- California will likely LOSE representatives after the 2020 census, with illegal immigration being thwarted and a citizenship question likely being on the 2020 census (currently being litigated in court).

POINTS TO PONDER Our system anticipates the craven desire to consolidate power, and intentionally prevents it.

The Left does not like limits to its power, but those limits exist nonetheless! And there’s NOTHING they can do about it!

54k votes cost all the seats. 54k across all districts

I predicted in the last week of October, and posted here repeatedly, my prediction of D +40 in the House and R +4 in the Senate. I came pretty close - I didn't expect both Heller AND McSally to lose.

All this yammering about vote fraud is from people who refuse to recognize how hated the Republican Party has become. It stands for nothing, it hates its most loyal supporters, and given power it has proven unworthy of its status.

You can't, as they say, beat something with nothing. The Democrats have a clear set of goals, they work ceaselessly in the open and, when necessary behind a screen of lies to achieve their goals, and, unlike the GOP, when they get in they start delivering immediately for their voters.

It's only surprising the GOP didn't lose more. That will have to wait for 2020.

Paraphrasing, it is not those who vote, but those who count the votes. Right California?

I consider myself informed.

I have trouble explaining what ballot harvesting is.

If I have trouble, then we suck at explaining things.

Cheating, including ballot harvesting, is how the Left stole all the California districts.

How is harvesting done and how can we explain it to our morons on the Left who don’t think cheating was done???

When the media first started talking about a blue wave, they said it would wash over both the House and Senate. They’re hoping everyone forgot about that.

>>>Uhh, how many seats did we pick up in the Senate? Where have you been?<<<

We picked up TWO Senate Seats in a cycle where HALF the Rat Caucus was up for Reelection.

That is nothing to brag about. It was too close. We should have had at least 55 Seats if not more when the counting was done.

We also lost GOP Seats in AZ and NV. RINO’s or not, we needed those Seats to boost our Majority.

We were lucky not to lose the Senate which tells me the next time around when the GOP has a bunch of Seats to defend that Chuck Schumer will be the Senate Majority Leader.

I will be spending 2019 hoping that the Angel of Death visits a couple of Commie SCOTUS Justices. The way things are going, the only lasting legacy of the Trump MAGA Election will be a sane SCOTUS.

If any of those Black Robed Commies die in 2020, the Senate will not replace them in an Presidential Election Year.

No, sorry, vote fraud isn’t legit.

It is when nobody does anything about it. These vote harvesting victors are going to get sworn in and begin legislating just the same as if they won fair and square.

Yes I realize that you are referring to Letter 17 theory. But that has only made slight reference to Vote fraud. It also said the election was safe. So I have mixed feelings about it, and only a slight amount of hope that some secret sting operation is ongoing in regards to vote fraud. So far there has been no evidence of that investigation. But some report from HLS is due on December 21st(via executive order). And we will know soon if there is anything to that. In the mean time. I am not going to hold my breath.

We had about 40 retirements. That gave opportunities to the 'Rats that they otherwise would not have had, given that incumbents are re-elected about 95% of the time. So figure maybe half of those open seats from retirements went to the 'Rats which they otherwise would not have had a realistic chance of winning. That is generous because as noted maybe 990-95% of those retirement open seats would have stayed with us.

So subtract 20 from the 'Rat gain of 40. That gives them 20 they would have won on their own without retirements. The average loss for the party holding the White House at the first midterm is 23-25 seats. So the 'Rats would have picked up 20 when the average is 23-25. We'd still have the House and the 'Rats would not even have matched the historical average gain.

I have thought all along that retirements cost us the House. Now, save the flames: I know you can't force an officeholder to stay in office if they don't want the job any longer. But if our leadership could have convinced, say 30 out of the 40 retirements to stick with us for just another cycle, to get us past the midterms and into a Presidential election year, we would have had a realistic chance at holding the House. I'm starting to come around to the side that believes the GOP House leadership and the national party organization really didn't want to make the effort to do that, because it would have held the House and given Trump at least a chance at implementing his agenda. By losing the House, they got a dig in at Trump and made sure his initiatives would be defeated. Spiteful never-Trumpers, IOW.
