I thought Lou was over the top trying to get the answer he wanted.
He was, but Lou has a nasty habit of interrupting people. It drives me nuts! He never lets Ed Rollins complete a sentence. When the border guy finally was able to say what he wanted to say, he blamed the head of Homeland Security and said she should be fired if she won’t do her job. Where does Trump find some of these people?

BTW Trumps Border Wall can do nothing to stop people from presenting themselves at our legal ports of entry and claiming asylum. By now we all know how the asylum scam works.
If Mexico doesn't want to cooperate with that operation, they can just turn a blind eye like they always do to so many other things.
I'd be surprised if Trump isn't doing exactly that with spec-op teams in Mexico while the "troops on the border" provide a convenient distraction for the press.

If our US Customs were stationed 100-1000ft into Mexico in a DMZ and guarded by US Troops. Then we could easily tell these asylum seekers NO ENTRY and now get get the hell out of here. Go back to Guat, Honduras, whatever!

Absolutely correct. The U.S. military has to control and occupy Mexican airspace and territory immediately abutting the U.S. border. In this manner any interdiction and efforts to repel and turn back the invaders is militarily justified as occurring on hostile enemy territory (which Mexico is) and NOT on U.S.territory. Posse Comitatus Law only applies to the use of U.S. military against U.S. citizens. It has NO standing where the invaders are foreign nationals. And the U.S. criminal justice system will have no jurisdiction. This is an immigration issue not a law enforcement issue. Send the Border Patrol home. It and DHS are useless to defend violations of U.S. sovereignty.
