“Alaska’s state government needs to pass a sore-loser law so that Murkowski can be defeated in the primary (again) and can’t run as a write in the next time. We should have been rid of her.”

Well, they’ve got a lot of time to work on that legislation as Murky isn’t up for re-election until 2022. Thanks Alaska for giving the country this RINO POS!

Sore loser laws are constitutionally problematic.
I suspect even Judge Kavanaugh would vote to strike them down.

The Constitution does not envision nor protect political parties. Hence it can’t tell an individual who loses a race in one party that it can’t stand for another.
