Impeachment will strip him of his pension and any right to any other office in our government, it is a non judicial process that starts in the House and ends in the Senate. 40 years ago the perv raped Juanita Broaddrick, time to get justice for her!

What a different hearing THAT would be. An actual crime. Dates, times, exact location, willing witnesses. The wife of the rapist threatening the victim to stay quiet.
AND NONE OF THE A-HOLES INCLUDING DI-SPY TODAY WERE EVER INTERESTED IN GIVING JUANITA A HEARING! NONE OF THEM CARED ABOUT WOMEN BEING HEARD!

He gets a pass for groping (Gloria Steinem said that the first grope is free).
He gets a pass for rape.
The issue is never the issue.
Unfortunately leftist professors ‘educate’ who is impeached, why, and how.
They claim you cannot impeach a former President.
They also claim that you cannot impeach a rogue justice unless he commits ‘personal misconduct’, such as too much spitting.
The Swamp is a wheel, and leftist professors are its hub.
A few months ago an article was posted suggesting we impeach Former President Obama and we discussed it.
Even if something as bizarre as impeaching a former official is constitutional (survey says, no) the only thing you could do to him, since he’s already out of office, is invoke the optional additional punishment of barring him from holding federal office again. The constitution does not mention pensions.

states that in regard to the Presidential pension
“(f) As used in this section, the term “former President” means a person—
(1) who shall have held the office of President of the United States of America;
(2) whose service in such office shall have terminated other than by removal pursuant to section 4 of article II of the Constitution of the United States of America; and
(3) who does not then currently hold such office.”
So if Clinton was convicted and removed by the Senate back in 1999 he would have forfeited his pension. But even if you could impeach him now, because of how the law is worded it would not deprive him of his pension since his tenure in office terminated due to the regular expiration of his term.
Furthermore, and this is as an important a point as whether impeaching a former official is constitutional, there are 49 democrats in the Senate. Even in the unlikely event of a House majority even taking up such a cause, the chances of convicting Clinton are worse than your odds of winning the lottery.
So, it would be a meaningless show trial and I don’t see what we have to gain by that.
His pension by the way is a drop in the bucket of the Federal budget and means little to a filthy rich millionaire such as himself so even if there were 67 Conservative Senators ready to convict him it would be a big waste of time just to make a political point.
Now we can and should be bring up the multiple RAPE allegations made against Clinton that were NEVER investigated but we don’t need to do something as absurd as try to impeach him in order to do it. Republicans can just go the news and talk about it.

No kidding, but impeached and expelled judges provide a guide, the lose all of their rights from the office they were stripped of.
Bubba may not be around much longer, but his legacy will and currently it’s “you can get away with anything if (1) you’re a democrat and (2) you lie well enough.” Leaving that unassailed will cost the country much more than the money’s involved.
Every judge that’s been impeached (and convicted) was currently a judge at the time, not a former Judge.
If Clinton was convicted in 1999 he likewise would have lost his pension.
But I showed you the law on Presidential pensions and it’s pretty clear that since his term did not end because of impeachment that he’s entitled to his pension.
It’s just a very silly idea all around on so many levels.
Since Former Presidents can make millions in speaking fees or by “writing” books, I would suggest eliminating the pension altogether.
