I believe Grassley’s offer was to accept the GOP’s terms to testify. Since they didn’t, they should have the vote provided the 4 RINOs won’t hold it up.
Screw her demands. Calendar a hearing on Wed - invite her - and take a vote on Friday. If she shows up, good - if she doe not, she does not.
She won’t testify because the Committee won’t accept her demands. She wants it to look like she’s willing, but the Committee shut her out. It’s all about optics and the midterm elections.
