I’m guessing Campus Crusade for Christ has been banned from most colleges at this point as a “hate group”.

A degree from Harvard or Stanford is a golden ticket into the American oligarchy

what 18 year old can argue with that?

People are so bent on showing they have knowledge and are smart. A left-wing professor can feed them a few facts, or give them information from a leftist source; then suddenly the mind of mush begins thinking they know things and the slippery slope begins.
The best professors I had were the few who said right off the bat they were conservative or liberal. Then you knew where to stand.

Especially if they could fairly entertain an argument from the opposite side.

Of course those have all but disappeared on campus.

After the judiciary, I think Trump will turn his attention to reforming higher education.

Well, do you want to make $500K a year plus bonus or not?

Sounds good to many kids....

Reasons not to go to Stanford.

The education-industrial complex is a giant political piñata just waiting for someone to take a bat to it. Tens of $Billions of tax-free dollars at elite hedge-funds that pretend to be universities, through-the-roof tuition costs, massive debt incurred by students enslaved to government-sponsored loans, extremely ridiculous and useless social-sciences, smug and entitled administrators, and above all, highly biased and political uni-culture at nearly all universities.

My God, this thing is just ripe for the picking.

I was pleased when neither one of my kids wanted to go to college or university. My daughter and her husband have a family farm which they work long hours on and are expanding (the farm, not them lol). My son has worked his way up to a good position in an agricultural company by being smart, efficient, organized and having a good attitude and work ethic.

My daughter and her husband are Christian and conservative. Sadly, my son’s close friends all went to university and eventually broke him down. They all went to Christian high school together and none of them are Christians now, my son included.

Why would you send your children to these s***holes?

The labels mean nothing anymore.

No kid graduating from ANY college nor graduate program is going to make $500K per year plus bonus and few will EVER reach that level, unless the dollar gets even more devalued!

Oh sure you hear about the people who went to Harvard, Yale, Stanford, etc. becoming big wheels in this or that, but you never hear of the vast majority who don't.

Conservative parents, whose kids fall into the lefty trap, haven't done their job in programming their children, nor pumping them full of FACTS that schools ignore or teach rewritten garbage about.

“They all went to Christian high school together and none of them are Christians now, my son included.”.....at the moment.

you have trained up your child in ways of God and the bible says when they are older they will not depart. Many of us stray for a time, but the roots lead many back too. God is constantly at the ready for when any one willing :) prayers.

Number 17 from the Communist Party Playbook Goals...

17. Get control of the schools. Use them as transmission belts for socialism and current Communist propaganda. Soften the curriculum. Get control of teachers' associations. Put the party line in textbooks.

Happened a long time ago....

Thanks for your kind word, b4me. I pray every day. The good thing is that he is passionately anti-God now, not just wishy washy and lukewarm. For some reason I think that’s a better sign.

Campus Crusade for Christ recently bowed to political correctness and changed its name to "Cru." While "Cru" may sound like fine brandy, Christians probably won't find the new name all that inspiring.

Campus Crusade for Christ no longer exists by their own choice. They were ashamed of the Christ part so they changed there name to CRU in order to be politically correct. Needless to say that their doctrine of merely preaching the four spiritual laws was highly lacking in teaching all the values Of Christianity to begin with. In the end I believe that they did more harm than good.

InterVarsity is a much better organization. Yet they are being attacked by the forces of Darkness.

Christian group kicked off campus for requiring its leaders to be Christian
