President Trump gets his agenda voted on when R control Congress. If D's do they tie him up in investigations and procerulal gimmicks and ram their there agenda item thur by vote buying. The Franklin County results (favoring Dem) have been STUCK at 186 of 199 precincts reporting. We’ve seen this movie before - hopefully DHS has some undercover monitors ready to track the boxes of ballots that are about to be dropped.

23 precincts in Delaware just reported, Balderson picked up almost 1,200 votes and leads overall by just 1,031 votes (interestingly, the Green candidate has 1,056 votes at the moment). Balderson is beating O’Connor by 7.5% in Delaware. Still 54 precincts in Delaware to come; 13 left in Franklin.
