While the network still appeals to conservatives and takes plenty of flak from liberals, there has been a decidedly pro-gay uptick in on-air talent, editorial content and signaling.

When Fox News political analyst Guy Benson announced his engagement to another man on Twitter in May, Bret Baier tweeted back:

Fox is just another tabloid news channel. I sometimes watch Loud Dobbs now because I like the way he grinds on Rino Ryan. His list of dismissive descriptions is a hoot.

Hey, read my post. I distinctly told Yaelle I was NOT talking to her. She makes sense and is always caring. So once again someone on FR didn’t actually read.

And I do apologize because I generally do not lose my temper but reading these disparaging really terrible things just made my blood boil. I’ve been here far too long and I’ve seen the changes on FR and it’s sad.

I just wish you’d try spreading more tolerance which is what we Conservatives ask for.

Agree about Bret Baier show. Special Report was a must watch for many years when Brit Hume and sometimes Tony Snow would host. imho, lately Bret Baier seems to have more anti Trump panelists and his segments seem to focus on Trump tweets that media criticizes.

Tweeted Baier re his liberal slant and asked 3x for follow up on Debbie Wasserman Schultz/Awan story. Crickets. Don’t watch so much.

Actually, I think the changes have been outstanding!

And one more thing, I’m not sure Trump gets elected had Gay Marriage not be approved by SCOTUS.

Here’s why. The issue was taken off of the table, therefore Trump never even had to address the issue. I think deep down Trump would be ok with gay marriage. If Trump goes for Gay Marriage, he loses a lot of Conservative support.

I never said Trump was a social conservative, but at least he’s pragmatic about it.

My point is that we should not behave like the angry mobs on the Left. They offer bitterness, name calling and violence, while we have reasonable arguments for policies that work for all people of good will. The light of truth shines brighter in darkness, so let's not dim it ourselves by letting understandable frustration get the better of us.
