During a joint press conference with French President Emmanuel Macron, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau's eyebrow seems to slide down his face.
It could have been a lighting issue, or the camera angle, but as Trudeau speaks, it seems like his dark eyebrow has slipped down and is in danger of hitting him in the eye.

When there is a majority govt. the party in power can choose anytime to call an election up to a maximum of 5 years. Usually the 4th year is the traditional time. The last federal election was Oct. 19 2015 so technically Oct 15 2020 would be the last date a federal election can be held. Expect a decision for an election in 2019 however.
Sorry Oct 19 2020 I guess is the last date for a fed election.

Since May 2007, the Canada Elections Act provides for a general election to be held on a fixed date:
the third Monday of October in the fourth calendar year following the previous general election.
As the last election took place on October 19, 2015, the next fixed election date is October 21, 2019.

Growing up in coastal Maine my first encounters with French Canadians were the summer invasions of Old Orchard Beach. Some memories:
The first time I ever got the finger was from two kids riding in the back of a station wagon. I was on a bike. As they drove past me the kids (under 10 years old) flipped the bird. Quebec plates.
A large family showed up at the McDonald’s I was working at. The manager gave them all sorts of attention and some extra treats. They inverted their half empty milkshake cups on the outside tables and benches as they left.
A friend of mine owned a motel in Old Orchard. Said the perfect room for the French Canadians would be a welded stainless steel cube with a floor drain. Would make clean up easier. He often had couples register only to find that one or two other couples were laying low in the car.
Finally, the interwebs are funny again.
His deluded defenders are saying his eyebrows always look like that, because of the way the hair grows.
It was falling down onto his eyelid.
I’ve never seen that in nature.
