It must pain the news organization whose editorial board declared that Trump is "unfit to clean toilets" to report on the President at the historic Singapore Summit with the leader of North Korea. So how does USA Today handle it? By being downbeat on both the Summit and, of course, Trump himself.
The USA Today hostility begins with their dire headline that declares Donald Trump, Kim Jong Un arrive in Singapore for nuclear showdown. Um, no. President John F. Kennedy and Soviet Premier Nikita Khrushchev going eyeball to eyeball during the Cuban Missile Crises was a nuclear showdown but the Singapore Summit is a, well, summit aka meeting. USA Today also quotes an American political science professor based in South Korea as an expert without noting that, as we shall see, he suffers from extreme Trump Derangement Syndrome.

Since PDJT doesn't stay in Holiday Inns, I doubt he is even aware that McPaper still exists, much less cares what they write about his diplomatic achievements.
The byline leaves out the word F***. The actual title of the paper is the “F USA Today.”
Man, is it refreshing or what to see a US politician stick up for this country and her people and not mince words!
They hate Trump and this country. The choice of words is deliberate:
“arguing with Western allies”
“nothingburger” (over-used cliche)
“ way too checked-out” (meaningless phrase)
“gonzo Trump Show “ (undefined slang word)
When the meeting succeeds, it’s obvious that USA today will lie about it and trash it.
I honestly don’t know if we will get what we want out of this summit.
It may turn out wonderfully. It may poop out.
Trump is doing his best, and a number of entities seem to be running low level efforts to insult Kim and keep it from happening.
As an adult, I have to wait for many things in life. If this doesn’t pan out, it will have been a very grand effort.
It will have been farther than any other president has come.
For all the talk about Trump being intemperate and ineffective, the man continues to impress.
No matter what, I think he deserves kudos here.
The leftists and the NeverTrumpers can all moan and groan all they like.
The adults in the room will know the truth of it.
I saw that. If you watch, when the CNN reporter said CNN Trump leaned back and Very noticeable rolled His eyes first!
