Why should we waste tax payer resources on the NBA?

Bet he invites the Capitals, and of course Ovechkin will show up, to the cries of “Collusion!”

Think about what you asked for a minute. You’ll figure it out.

He has the option to invite those who win sports events, but he cannot make them into winners.

How are these athletes supposed to virtue signal their loathing of President Trump by turning down his invitation to the White House when he doesn’t invite them in the first place?

I believe Pres. Trump has signaled to the public that they don’t have to trudge faithfully to NBA games, either.
I hope he doesn’t do the same to the National Hockey League. Those teams have many patriots among them.

Well, LeBraindead already said neither team would come, if invited.
To: dfwgator
Since Devante Smith-Pelly has already said he will sit out a WH visit, in the interest of “team soilidarity”, I think President Trump should rescind his invitation to ther Caps.
That way he can be a “uniter” instead of a “divider.”

I’ve given up on all pro sports. The thing that will hurt the most is not playing Fantasy Football with my family this year.
