Chris Farrell, Judicial Watch. “They were running an operation to undermine a candidate for President of the U.S. These are all violations of law. This is intelligence tradecraft to steer an election. There’s nothing more grave when it comes to abuse of our intelligence system...
...This is a level of criminality beyond the pale. This is such a grave abuse of power and authority, it’s like nothing else we’ve seen in our history. This makes the Nixon Watergate burglary look like keystone cop stuff
....The greatest Witch Hunt in political history!

Corrupt and dishonorable FBI/DOJ
Indict Steele!
Forgive me as I guess I have been slow on the uptake here. So Sessions is Rosenstein’s boss is he not? Why hasn’t Sessions done some HR work on the AG. Why is he keeping a Deep State Obama leftover running this thing?
counter-intel op = attempted coup = revolution = act of war = treason - levying, aiding & comfort = capital crime
The key is to keep emphasizing the word "coup". Once coup is established, then the logic flows to revolution, war, treason & (capital) crime.
So, what does coup d etat actually mean? It literally means "stroke of state", which is a fine way of saying it's a highly leveraged form of revolution that attempts to seize power by a capitation strike against the executive.
And what did the Hussein treachery attempt? Was it worse than Anne Boleyn, who simply slept around, thereby endangering the Tudor lineage? How about Charles I, who attempted to undermine parliament? What about Louis XVI, who plotted against the French republic?
You see, and I keep emphasizing this, no one in the history of man & governance has ever gotten away with the "mistakes were made" excuse when the sh!t gets real. We need to form a unity of opinion that treason was committed.
We are a voting country and the coup undermines that democratic sacrosanct process. The Clintons leave nothing to chance so they sought to find away to get rid of trump if he won.
Bring out the guillotine? Yes.
In addition to the Lois Lerner episode, Fuddys false birth record generation and her subsequent faked death (and exit to Valhalla) were uses of the Intelligence Community and THE US MILITARY equally as egregious as the surveillance of candidate, President elect, then President Trump.
They? I was only talking about Sessions. I see no evidence that he was connected to the coup attempt, prior to taking office as AG. Rosenstein, I'm not so sure of.
The bottom line is, as AG, Jeff Sessions should be right in the thick of these investigations, and should be aggressively pursuing the guilty, but he's not.
I don't care how you slice it - that is indefensible. Most indefensible of all, is that he won't withdraw his recusal, and he won't resign.
-—When is the President of the United States finally going to do something about it besides talk, complain and “Tweet”?—
Pres Trump can’t bring charges
The media won’t report anything good he is doing, so he tweets to get it out.
If he fires sessions, he could not get another AG past the dems.
What do you suggest Pres Trump do?
Treason is defined as not only levying war against the sovereign (We the People), but providing aid and comfort to the enemy. If the Hussein conintel operation is judged to be an attempted coup, then that means a revolutionary act of war ie treason.
Therefore, it doesn't matter whether or not Sessions was part of the initial plot to overthrow the legally constituted government of the USA. Anyone abetting after the fact is also engaged in acts that rise to the level which constitutes treason against the state.
In other words, I find it hard to understand how you, EG and some others can both hold the opinion that treason was committed, yet Sessions is somehow engaged in the plot. If you believe the whole kerfuffle is merely a political escapade like Watergate+, then yeah, I could go along with your conclusions (albeit with some reservations).
But if this be treason, then I just can't see Sessions being part of it. Hussein, the Beast, Holder, Clapper, Brennan, Rice, et al? Sure as hell - they are true believers and committed to victory. But a neutral, long term senator like Sessions being a secret conspirator in a plot to engage in insurrection? It just doesn't add up; at least for me that is.
Sessions suffers from Anorchia a congenital absence of the testes. It is a very rare condition where the testicles are absent when a baby is born.

I’m sure Sessions doesn’t see it as treason. The rinos and neverTrumpers that comprise the GOP, the party of Bush, hate...hate...hate Donald Trump. They want to see him gone. Sessions is no different. I don’t know when or how he was gotten to or even if he was, but his actions tell the complete story. He’s protecting the swamp, rosenstein and mueller and not Trump. He’s trying to bury this massive conspiracy of high treason...That means he’s complicit in my book
The fact that he doesn’t unrecuse himself and put an end to the coup he enabled, tells you everything you need to know.
Well said...I agree. I’ve used the words coup and treason since sessions/rosenstein launched mueller’s soviet style special counsel to take down Trump.
And only TWO REUBLICANS showed up for yesterday’s hearing. I HATE THESE SCUM!
Not sure who that's directed towards. My previous post was pretty dry and matter of fact.

I'm not saying that Sessions had any knowledge of, or played any part in the initial coup attermpt, but...
By remaining in office while in a neutered (recused) state, Jeff Sessions is, in fact, committing treason against his oarh of office, the Constitution, and the people of the United States.
What I have difficulty with is separating the guilt of the different players. Again, we all concur the primary conspirators attempted to unlawfully overthrow the legally constituted government of the USA. Under any rationale system of justice, they should all be tried by a military tribunal.
Where it gets murky, at least for me, is as we move down the line, to both existing indirects like RR, and Trump administration appointees like Sessions, Wray, Pompeo, Haspel, et al. For example, when someone like Holder, Brennan, Comey or Clapper speaks, there is no doubt they were directly engaged in the conspiracy.
But I don't see Sessions acting in this kind of bold manner; he's not a revolutionary. Maybe he's in denial - perhaps he really thinks business as usual will resume if everyone can just hold on till this entire Spygate affair blows over. If he is merely trying to protect the swamp ie the fed.gov bureaucracy, and all the attendant benefits - financial or otherwise - that go along with that, then he's playing a very dangerous game.
Whether you're part of the original plot in levying war, or providing aid and comfort after the fact, all three activities are considered treason - a capital crime.
Oooh I’m so skeered.
Obama almost succeeded in turning America into the third-world dictatorship.
Now let’s see if we can’t drive a stake in the heart of the Swamp Beast and restore our Free Constitutional Republic.
