How about “Not keeping a round chambered unless in imminent danger”?
Not keeping a round chambered? That’s an unloaded gun. I’m not FBI, but I won’t carry an unloaded gun.
I sure don't carry mine that way.
Good way to get yourself dead.

Rule # 1 for Glocks.
Too slow. Condition 2 is the best carry method, you just have to not be stupid and make sure your “finger” safety is on at all times. Like an empty fire extinguisher. Suicide potential.
How about keeping finger out of trigger guard and weapon pointed in safe direction. He totally screwed up firearms handling 101.
Done several classes. No one teaches that. Carry guns stay loaded at all times. No one would take an instructor seriously if they suggest carrying a cleared pipe.
